This project comes from the Program of Action for Sino-German Cooperation issued by the Prime ministers of China and Germany in 2014, which is the only state-level Sino-German intelligent networked vehicle test base in China. The whole park is positioned as "future automobile City", aiming to build future cars, future life and future city. In terms of architecture, the design concept of Zhongsoul West Technology is used, and the landscape continues the linear nature of architecture. The overall integration of white and metal colors, the integration of intelligent technology, the integration of multiple needs, the concentration of future scenes, and the blank space for development, creates an integrated park with a sense of future science and technology.
